I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Genie in Apr 2022
Interview
Quick, eager, a couple annoying hoops, BUT BE WARNED!!!! they will lie to you. They are not as on top of their heath and saftey standards as they say. Ask about the paint booth, is the booth certified for powdercoat or liquid paint, do they Really change the filters as often as they need to be? How much powder coat is really getting into the air? Will you get your own set of tools to use, so your not waiting to use other people's tools? (They get annoyed quickly) How often can you expect to learn new things? Maybe after 6 months when someone finally has time for you?
