Interview
I had an interview with the recruiter, an interview with the team manager and then with the team. Unfortunately, it didn't work out because another candidate had better experience in UI, but I will definitely apply for another position because the entire interview process was great.

Question 1
How did you work with developers? Did you have a project which wasn't successful? Tell me a situation when you and your manager disagreed on a project. What did you do?
The interview process consists of several stages. First, you will have a prescreen with the recruiter to discuss your background and expectations. Next, you’ll meet with the product team lead and designer for a more technical and collaborative discussion. Following that, there will be an interview with the C-level executives to assess alignment with company vision and culture. Finally, if successful, you’ll receive a formal job offer.
There were three interviews: HR, manager and team interview. The HR was in my native language, the others were in english. I didn’t get homework. All were pleasant and the team had thoughtful questions.

Just the first stage / recruiter interview:
The recruiter was prepared, organised, and very pleasant. They asked about my overall experience in the area. Overall it felt like a conversation.
