I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Genesys (Indianapolis, IN) in Sept 2017
Interview
Quick, but without clear closure for next steps. Job titles were ambiguous. Overall feeling was good, but they may not have had a good profile for the position. Not very clear that they were looking for real talent.
The TA was mostly lowballing about salary, taunting about not really knowing what channel marketing is all about, and overall lack of experience in the tech industry. Little did I know, the role would go to somebody I know who has NO tech industry experience and you're telling me it has nothing to do with bias (that I can't discuss further due to policy?)
3 level of interview with leadership and HR interview. It took more than week but nice experience with TA. Leadership introduce them self and explain the role and then talk about candidate experiences and finally Q&A
Interviewed with HR, hring manager and department director. Very straightforward and honest. Small team so it seemed they were really looking for a good fit personality wise. I didnt get an offer, but enjoyed the conversation.
