Applied online, received a phone call first thing the following morning and scheduled an in person interview on site. Interview was held in a small office, a current employee was on her lunch and was asked to leave the room, while a maintenance man was allowed to stay and continue his work (e.g. drilling holes into walls) throughout the interview.
