Genesis AEC interview questions

Phone interview and then a virtual call with a handful of staff members. Process went pretty quick, compared to other interview experiences. Interview was more on the informal side, to try to seek out your personality.

the process was pretty simple. phone screen and walk-in interview and waiting. but getting feedback from them took two months... I mean I know I was qualified but I was expensive for them so... I sort of knew that I wouldn't get an offer since my price was a lot higher than what they budgeted.
