I had an online interview with three recruiting officers, and I felt it was unfair to have three people interviewing a single candidate for an internship position. They kept asking high-level questions, to the point where I felt like they were treating me as an expert rather than a student. I'm not the only one who was declined, either.

Application
I interviewed at General Motors (GM) (Warren, MI)
Interview
Pretty simple for internships, screening then one to two rounds, usually with the hiring manager, director and those on the same team- after the first round, they may reach out directly with an offer if they really like you

Question 1
Mostly behavioral questions (tell me about a time...)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at General Motors (GM)
Interview

Question 1
The interviewers were friendly and took the time to explain the format before starting. The interview consisted entirely of behavioural questions, and they provided detailed answers to all of my questions.
