First they have a phone screening. There are two phone screenings before they schedule your face to face interview. The face to face interview was with two hiring managers. They both asked a series of questions. I was then told the position was put on hold. I was then called back 3 months later. I had to come in for another face to face interview with one of the managers that wanted me.

Interview
1 one-on-one 60-minute in-person interview with hiring manager and another manager from similar department. Questions were mostly behavioral based. Each manager had a rating sheet which they jotted down notes with.
