Applied through a recruitment agency and did initial screening with them. GM int was just two rounds and happened every quickly. First is technical with two sw devs. Next round is behavioural with two engineering managers

Question 1
1st round consisted of technical C++ q's ranging from smart pointers to object oriented programming to concurrency.
2nd was behavioural questions demonstrating GM's values.
