I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at General Motors (GM)
Interview
In order:
1) Applied online
2) Requested to interview online (without human interaction)
2a) Read a prompt and develop a response within 30 seconds
2b) 3 minutes to reply to said prompt. You have 2 attempts to reply. You may choose which attempt to submit.
2c) Repeat several times
3) Conduct personal interview (with employer, online). 4 questions to answer per employer.
4) Receive offer letter.
Issues list:
1 application was applicable for multiple job locations. This caused issues for me since I didn't plan to move.
Step 2) is an automated process. If you exceed time limit, the response immediately ends there. Requires you to be very prompt. Provided by third party.
Due to step 1), multiple employers requested an interview with me. As a result, 1 interview was conducted with all employers at the same time.
Most (if not all) questions could be answered with the exact same reply.
Step 4) took 2+ months. No room for negotiation.
