Tool test and personal interview.
Its sounded easy but. Those guys wanted only people from kerla. So they ask silly questions from your school days. Or how lathe machine works. Ya its for digital sculting in Ailas. No matter how your skill was. But u can get in there.. without fulfilling main requirement. Ur from kerla or not.
Later tht year i got hired in Daimler.

Everything is through phone calls and emails. It is very simple and straight forward. There will be a recruiter guide you through the process. The recruiter is very nice, you will be able to contact the person directly.
