It’s very rigid and formatted. They want you to respond using STAR and then ask questions that are near impossible to answer with that format. They asked no follow up questions. Felt like they were reading from a script and we’re not allowed to deviate.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen. I didn’t get the role, but the overall experience with Nicole Rycerz (Talent Acquisition) was so amazing. She is great at what she does. Although I didn’t get the role, based on my experience with her and my love for GM, if I were presented with another opportunity to join, I would in a heartbeat. Things seemed very streamlined and organized which I appreciated. I knew what to expect and I didn’t have to wait long for an interview or to hear if I would move forward or not.
