Had to go through a recruiting company to start the process. After talking to that company I was then invited on GM's site to have an in person interview with the team lead and the industrial engineer manager. The interview was in 3 parts, first I was able to ask questions about the company/job, then they asked questions to know what skills I have and know what I did, and lastly they ask you to answer in one minute why they should hire you.

Interviewer was late she seemed unprofessional, asked multiple topline questions nothing technical. It did not feel like you would be working with the smartest people yet i would say average experience
