Electronic resume submission. After that I was contacted for an interview. One that was done, I was called back for a second interview. After that interview I was contacted and offered the position.

Interview
I applied and was called about a week later to set up an interview. Went in for the interview two days later. I was interviewed by two people at once but it was very relaxed. They were very friendly and the interview took about 15 minutes. To me, it seemed like it went very well. Afterwards, they told me they would be making a decision the next day. I did not hear back from them the next day, but received a letter in the mail during the weekend telling me that I did not get the job.
