Group discussion with several senior staff and person who would be my direct manager. Had to submit a formal application. After initial offer, was able to negotiate a higher salary and bonus potential

I interviewed with a number of executives throughout the process. Questions applied to the state of technology across industry as well as several that were teaming oriented. Overall, well thought out and straightforward.
