Very casual. One phone call was all it took. Interviewed by a pair of people, one of whom I now work for. About 15 minutes in duration and overall very friendly tone from both parties.

Interview
Heard back about a month after applying. One screening and one in person interview. Interview lasted an hour and mostly consisted of behavioral and experience based questions. Found out the next week that the positon I was being considered for was cancelled.
