The allocated time for the interview was about 30 minutes but we ended up spending almost two hours as I was the last candidate for the day. It took place at my school after I responded to their job posting. My interviewer was great, a he had graduated from my school only a year before I enrolled. However, I soon realized that the main person who headed the dept was the person I should have been talking to , but he was assigned other candidates. My interviewer had only a few questions, and only had a general idea of the position, and was only assisting his colleague
