Tour of the shipyard: Excellent the guy really loved his job and what he was doing. gave a great tour. He also answered most questions.
Meeting one with Paul: All behavior questions, he is soft spoken but may come off as intense but he seems like a nice guy.
Terrance: Nightmare. You know when someone does not like you from the bat, just the way they look at you. He was that. He kept tripping me by asking the same questions over and over again. All behavior questions, zero technical. I came into one room and a bunch of employers had their feet up on the table, it seems like the place of full of lazy people. But my concentration is Terrance. Despite getting rejected, I knew right then and there that I do not want to work with this guy.
I prepped for this interview for 3 days, so I know I was ready and had reviewed most behavior questions they had asked. But like I said, when someone doesn't like you off the bat, there is nothing you can do about it. The better you look as a candidate, the more they will try and trip you and make you look bad. Its not that the interview was difficult its just Terrance made it unpleasant.
On a side note I am really worried about the company when they have 12+ people a day for in person interviews and people like myself never had an initial phone interview and it cost the company over 200.00 usd to bring me in. It is extremely un-efficient way to go through candidates.
Glass door was an excellent way to prep for the interview.
