The reference check is brutal. Company requires a minimum of 5 professional references. Most companies accept only 3 (including academic or character references). Each reference needed to complete a SkillSurvey. Found it difficult trying to get my references to complete the long, detailed survey in their minimum requested time span. I almost felt like I was inconveniencing my references. In the end, I did not get the job because they did not believe I was going to stay long-term in the position. It was a waste of time and energy.
