Got interview through recruiter, one phone interview and one in person interview. In person was a panel of four engineers, and all the questions were based off of my resume and past experience, as well as my personality and ambitions.
I was flown in for an Onsite interview after 2 interviews, The company informed me that they would be paying for hotel and rental car but only payed for hotel after the interviews.

First I spoke with a recruiter about the position and basic benefits information and next steps. Then I had a Teams interview with one of the department managers. Then I was told to wait to hear back. There is like a 5 step process.
