applied online two weeks later, got set up with an interview, got interviewed by a panel including the employee whose position id be taking. It wasn't too bad a little nerve racking, its a little difficult sometimes with companies that have you apply online job postings because there isn't a lot of information in detail what your applying for, (specific, divisions wise) so do what you can to research.
