Case Study with the Hiring Manager - this wasn't planned initially. The HM wanted this because they were not able to decide between me and the other candidate.
The only minor inconvenience for me was that they let me know on Monday instead of the Friday as I was previously told, leave me hanging over the weekend. Also, they didnot provide any feedback even though I have gone through all the process until the end. That was a little disappointing but I guess they are a relatively small startup where they don't have time for everything.
