Genalyte interview questions

Interviewed with 10+ cross functional team members over the course of 9 hours. Team was interested in why I was interested in the company, my technical knowledge, and proven success in people management.

Easy. Applied and got a call a few days later. Had a phone interview, then a video interview with 3 different managers. Very easy going and down to earth. Felt like a normal conversation, not like an interview. Some technical questions were asked.
