Nothing bad to say about. The interview with the manager was quite informal and pleasant. The same could be applied to the interview with the colleagues. The tech task wasn't complicated, but wasn't easy either. It's not the case where you have to do it for multiple days.
The interview process began with a technical assessment focused on loan repayment data. I had to analyze risk factors, clean the dataset, and build a predictive model before discussing my methodology during the panel interview.

Interview
The interview process was disorganized. I received confusing communication about my first interview but was thankfully able to get confirmation that it was indeed happening just an hour before it started. The initial screen call (via video) was fine. I was quickly passed on to the the next phase. After my second interview, I waited a week to follow up. The recruiter got confused and scheduled me for an interview that I already did with the same person. I reiterated that I was looking for an update on my candidacy. I didn't hear back from that follow up email until almost two months later.

Question 1
I was asked to come up with five hooks for a video. Be prepared for questions like this where you have to come up with something on the spot. Lol.
