Numerical skills and English language are evaluated. Also questions about previous experience and academic background. There are case studies to be addressed. Advanced excel is also tested as well as writing.

Applied on LinkedIn. Received testing materials - a spreadsheet for formatting, manipulation, and analysis, and a business case study to complete. Each had a time limit. Next was a phone interview, then three in-person interview at the premises, involving panels and multiple tests (examples given below).
