Gem interview questions

The scheduled an interview immediately after submitting and application. They were please and flexible with timing. At the interview I met 3 hiring managers and we spoke for an hour later they contacted me by phone to let me know that they would not be offering the position

I received a call describing a position. Asked me to come in on the next day. I accepted. I went in to the company. I waited about 7 minutes for a young man (about 25) to come out. Walked me to his office. Conversation was about 10 minutes. He asked Silly questions, I thought. The "big question" at the end, was "What would your best friend say about you?"
