The interview process at Geidea was good. I was interviewed by 2 panelists for close to 3 hours over the course of two interview sessions. The questions included a lot of scenario-specific questions and project management fundamentals. In addition to that, I was also asked to create and share sample project management documentations for evaluation of my written communication and documentations skills. Both the panelists were extremely knowledgeable and patient listeners, and interacting with them was a great experience. Also, out of all the interviews I had given, the best interaction I had with an HR was when I was interviewing with Geidea, who came across as quite warm, polite and empathetic. Eventually, I had to choose a different company after my selection at Geidea due to personal reasons. However, I would recommend interviewing and working with Geidea, as by all accounts, the work culture at Geidea is really good as evidenced by my interview experience with Geidea's teams.
