Initially contacted after my profile was found on LinkedIn.
Was invited to first stage interview which was more of a discussion outlining experience.
Then invited to second stage interview which was with another head of service. I was asked to present on how I intend to generate candidates for a particular desk. This was presented with further questions.

Two, 2 1/2 hour interviews with a self absorbed, big headed, non-billing Division Manager.
Talked down to me the whole time and comes across like you should be privileged to be in his presence.
