I took interview with operation manager in my own country. He came there through agency. I took interview with our operations manager for around 5 minutes and he asked me some questions about my qualification and my experience. Finally he selected me. Then I was hired and took 1 month for visa processing. And after 1 month of interview I flew to Qatar.
