There are two interviews: one on the phone and one in person. The phone interview is just a basic phone screening. Once in person, the Garver team made me feel very welcomed- as they had two members fly in from their headquarters just for the interview. They asked in-depth questions about my experience and did not ask anything tricky or out of the norm.
