I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gartner (Dallas, TX)
Interview
Very lengthy process with multiple layers of interviews. I was told, one of the final interviews involves creating a Quarterly Business Review (including presentation deck) and presenting it during a panel interview. At this stage I also was made aware there wasn't actually an open position- and if I completed all of the steps in the process, my application would be put on hold, until there was an opening.

Question 1
To prepare a QBR presentation- and then present it to a panel interview.
El entrevistador llegó tarde. En la oferta ponía 100% remoto y me dijeron que tendría que ir a partir de julio todas las semanas a la oficina. También le dije que yo buscaba un lugar donde no hacer horas extras y su respuesta fue "good for you".

There were total 5 steps of interviews. Phone interview for screening -> Traits interview -> Role Play Interview -> Case Study Interview -> LSA Interview. Process was quite time-consuming and complicated.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner
Interview
First call with a recruiter, followed by an email with instructions to prepare the second call, which was to answer questions about my past experience in a STAR format. Third call with a member of the team. Fourth call with a senior HR, to answer more questions in STAR format. At this stage there's also a simulation of a cold call with an executive, whom you're reaching out to, to promote engagement with the service.
