Interview
Exhaustive and long but efficient because very structured.
Candidate doesn't have to repeat everything several times to different interlocutors. Gartner's hiring manager and HR debrief together between 2 interviews.
It's clearly an endurance test through 5 to 6 interviews. But you must be a sprinter during each interview.
Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.

Interview
30 minute phone call with recruiter. Next is 1 hour with recruiter about your background, behavioral questions. Then 1 hour with LSA with questions on your background and a role play.
HR is very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. It can be a little confusing how they structure and and label their position but easily cleared up when talking in first rounds. They are professional and get back quickly. Overall a very positive experience.
