I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gartner (Austin, TX)
Interview
Met with internal recruiter. She was not very personable and was also lacking professionalism. Not a great communicator either. I had to ask her if she wanted me to send my resume and then she gas lighted me and told me to send her my resume. Also, was not very responsive throughout scheduling and often did not make much sense. During the interview she rolled through her questions and sounded muffled for most of the call so I could barely hear or understand her. She said I met the qualifications and I would be hearing from them on XYZ day to find out if I made it to the next interview. That day has passed and still no follow-up. I also requested that she send me the job posting so I could review and she said she would send right away but never actually did.
Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.

Interview
30 minute phone call with recruiter. Next is 1 hour with recruiter about your background, behavioral questions. Then 1 hour with LSA with questions on your background and a role play.
HR is very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. It can be a little confusing how they structure and and label their position but easily cleared up when talking in first rounds. They are professional and get back quickly. Overall a very positive experience.
