I found the interview process to be overly cumberson and honestly, a waste of time. Company is still using WebEx for video conferencing, which is antiquated. Position required a four part review process and and additional expectation of free work product with no compensation. I withdrew my application after meeting with the hiring manager. Pay for role is below market.
