I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (Barcelona)
Interview
Direct recruiter from Gartner reached out to me. First couple of conversations/interviews with the recruiter, in general about the role, my profile, whether it would be a good fit, salary expectations, etc. Recruiter also gave good insights on what to expect from the interview with hiring manager. Interview with hiring manager was very friendly, went down as outlined by the recruiter earlier, everyone in the process was extremely amicable and it seemed like everyone wanted you to succeed and were excited to work with you. Afterwards, short conversation with a future team-mate where you could ask more personal questions. All in all, highly professional and gave me a good impression of the company.

Question 1
Talk about past work experiences using the SMART model. Short role-play session (customer-CSM)
El entrevistador llegó tarde. En la oferta ponía 100% remoto y me dijeron que tendría que ir a partir de julio todas las semanas a la oficina. También le dije que yo buscaba un lugar donde no hacer horas extras y su respuesta fue "good for you".

Interview
First call with a recruiter, followed by an email with instructions to prepare the second call, which was to answer questions about my past experience in a STAR format. Third call with a member of the team. Fourth call with a senior HR, to answer more questions in STAR format. At this stage there's also a simulation of a cold call with an executive, whom you're reaching out to, to promote engagement with the service.
