Structured, rigorous, but not unreasonable. They want specific examples provided in SWAT format and challenger selling framework. Gartner is looking for someone with corporate presence and definitely have a specific culture in mind when evaluating.
Introduction call with talent team. 2 x roleplay where you must build on feedback with panel interview and presentation of your why, goals, motivations. Roughly 4 stages across a month

The process is extremely thorough. Josephine was incredible at guiding me through to the final stage.
Each team member reached out to inbetween rounds was quick to respond and eager to give their time to me.
One first call of 15 minutes and one interview of 1h. The process is right they explain everything and send you an email. They asked for feed back. Great process
