Was reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn. 30-40 minute phone call about experience and goals.
2nd interview over the phone with campus recruiter. More job specific, interested in moving geographically, what motivates you, etc.
3rd interview over Skype, mock sales call role play. Very behavioral and “get to know you”
4th interview conducted on site. Invitational day to the Ft Myers office. Offer received at the end of the day.
very thorough and well executed. they ask thought provoking quesitons and the interviewers were all fantastic. a lot of prep needed but rewarding experience. about 4 rounds of interviews ranging from recruiter to final panel interview
