Interview
It started with a short phone interview with HR in CT, then an hour with local Recruiter, followed by a phone interview with 2 Area Managers, and finally a panel presentation as well as a roll play sales call. The key is being PREPARED. Do your homework on this company, and who you are interviewing with. Let your personality shine through.

What motivates you to be successful? What are your personal/ professional goals?
Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.

Interview
30 minute phone call with recruiter. Next is 1 hour with recruiter about your background, behavioral questions. Then 1 hour with LSA with questions on your background and a role play.
HR is very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. It can be a little confusing how they structure and and label their position but easily cleared up when talking in first rounds. They are professional and get back quickly. Overall a very positive experience.
