Question 1
tell me about your time you achieved something in your team with a lot of conviction
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (North Sydney) in Feb 2015
Interview
First interview was via phone and more of an information gathering process for them, not a very well informed person representing the hiring organisation and couldn't answer many of the questions about the role. Next was interview with internal recruiter. In this interview much about the role was shared however I did feel it was to develop a view on traits and see if I would fit the culture. Next interview was with hiring manager and a standard sales position interview. Final step was a panel interview in form of role play. Basically a fictional sales call. If you do your preparation it's a breeze.
