I applied online. I interviewed at Garden State Marketing Group (Bethlehem, PA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Mostly, the interviewer talk about the company and himself.
The job was basically an outside sales representative. Which I didn't understand from the job offer. Also, they didn't mention in job offer that we have to work on Saturday.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Garden State Marketing Group (Bethlehem, PA) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied, they called within 24 hours. I was a little nervous that it was pure sales. They were very nice and seemed eager to have new, fresh minds added to their list. I really did appreciate that. However it turned out that it was sales plus commission, which is okay for some people. I did need stability which is why I didn't continue further.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Garden State Marketing Group (Bethlehem, PA) in Jun 2015
Interview
I was interviewed in a group setting, it was strange at first because I wasn't expecting it, but understandable Chris is a very busy individual. The interview process is done in three steps the first is the generic interview to get a feel if you could be a fit, then a group interview about the company, and finally you go to the site and see what it is they do and how they do it. Yes they market Direct TV, however they have contracts with these select stores and no one is making commission for you working under them like a pyramid scheme. They get commission from the Contracted company. Also, you get a chance to make commission during training on top of the hourly. However, if you aren't a really outgoing person or can't handle being told no, sometimes in a rude manor, don't apply.
