I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GardaWorld (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2016
Interview
Very long. first there is an orientation with maybe 20+ people. you have to pass all tests.... one eng one math and three xray. Once passed. face to face and that determines you successfully getting the job...

Why do you believe being a pre board screening officer is a customer service based job, how can you make it better.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at GardaWorld
Interview
Quite easy. Questions on customer service and about yourself. Undergo just one interview. And had to do a part down. Nothing difficult. You are being shown first then you do it
Fast, efficient. Write 2 exams once your application is accepted then an interview and after that was called and offered the job. The whole process was pretty easy, though the day of the exams and interview it was pretty long.
Interview was quite easy, there were mostly general questions asking about myself and my availability. There were some situational based questions like what would you do if you encounter an angry passenger, what would you do if someone refuses to get his/her luggage scanned.
