The senior director started off by making a passing comment about the proper tense of one of the words in my resume, and it was all downhill from there. He spent the next 10 minutes aggressively pointing out all the things I couldn't do, as opposed to asking me about the things I could bring to the table. In the end, I ended the interview feeling completely incompetent due to the number of times I was forced to answer, "no, I do not know." I felt as if I was just interviewed for a completely foreign role, and not something I've been doing for the last 8 years of my career.
