I applied in February, got called for an interview in May. The interview was very relaxed, interviewed with the Assistant Manager/Customer Relations Manager first, then the General Manager of the store. They each asked me similar questions, typical questions about myself and behavioral questions. I got the offer over the phone a few days later.

While it took awhile to get an interview, the process was easy once it was started. I was asked a few questions about my experience and even though I did not have much, I was able to get a position.

Zoom call with various questions and an overview of my resume and general questions about my resume and experience, followed by an in-call offer and orientation details. The entire call lasted about thirty minutes and was very simple.
