Interview process was strange, I interviewed and was offered a job and after I started the paperwork process. From what I surmised someone else took over the hiring managers position called me for an new interview, this was not explained to me, so it was confusing and off-putting.

They conducted a series of telephone interviews to determine whether I could handle living and working in Antarctica. They asked several questions about my readiness and ability to cope with difficult challenges and living in a remote environment.
