The interview process started off well enough. 10 minute phone interview with brief overview of the job and responsibilities with Anna Jarvis the Director of Catering Sales. Was asked to come in for a face to face interview. In person interview went well. Discussed background, the industry, and other non related items. Met with Anna's Boss for a few minutes at end. Was asked to come back for another interview with the General Manager. At this time I was told it was myself and one other candidate. I understood that the other candidate was many years of sales experience vs my many years of operations experience and a few years of sales experience. Was told I would hear back within a week. After a week and a half of not hearing back I emailed the director. A week later still no response. Sent a second email. Again no response. This is a huge turn off for me and shows to me how I would have been treated as an employee. Very unproffesional and disapointing.
