      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Gallup (London, England) in Jan 2013

      Interview

2 phone interviews - structured questions, behavioural. As it is a polling company it is very likely they use some interviews to collect data... You ve got 2 options: 1) either you get online, study the comments, the company, understand the type of employee they re looking for, learn, study and build the gallup mask. 2) Just be yourself do not study at all, and let it be.

      Question 1

      all questions are behavioural
      Answer question
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Gallup (London, England) in Mar 2019

      Interview

The hiring process starts with the traditional online tests, where Gallup aims to assess if candidates are potentially a good fit for the firm or not. Culture is the backbone of the firm so this first stage is already pretty indicative on whether or not candidates may be a good match. After that, I went through different interviews on the phone were I basically discusses with the recruiter my professional career, previous roles, etc. Pretty standard and comparable to other phone interviews. After some calls, I had an interview with my current boss, where further discussing what my expectations were, why joining Gallup, and describing myself as a person. The whole interview was rather smooth and fluid. Finally, I was invited to the final round where I had a question or challenge that I had to try to solve and then present for 10' in front of my current boss and a couple of Partners. After the 10' presentation, we had a conversation for 50', encompassing findings on the presentation and additional CV screening questions. Regardless of their seniority, all Gallup representatives were rather friendly and human during the whole process, which makes a huge difference compared to other firms.

      Interview

Puh! Ich bin nicht weiter! Danke!
