I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gallup (Shenzhen, Guangdong) in Apr 2018
Interview
The consultants asked me several work-related questions which were not easy to answer, but they kept the whole interview logical and clear. They were also very polite. I think it a good experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If your colleagues give you projects to follow up, but you don't have enough time to finish them all, what would you do?
It was impersonal - they asked a series of personality assessment questions and if I took too long to answer they moved on to the next mid-sentence. The interviewer didn't seem to be specific to the role or unit. I almost felt like I was being called from their call center.
I have completed 2 of the interviewing assessments, I think they both went well and were great questions. Hope I get a phone call to continue in the next steps of the onboarding process.

Question 1
asking if you are open-minded, if your more of a leader or a listener, etc.
Great interview, good follow up and communication. Enjoyed the process and the contact with employees. The questions were thought provoking, well thought out, and created an interesting conversation. Would interview again if given the opportunity.
