      Business Analyst Interview

      26 Apr 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Omaha, NE
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gallup (Omaha, NE) in Dec 2011

      Interview

The Gallup interview process is all about the right fit for an individual. They have specific criteria in mind for what they are looking for in people. Referrals do not go very far- its all about the unique skills that you have and how they fit into Gallup. The online assessment tells you if you will get an interview, and the two phone interviews are the most influential on whether or not you would be a good fit within the company. If the interview process is difficult for you, it just means that you most likely are not a good fit.

      Business Analyst Interview

      3 Jul 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Gallup in May 2022

      Interview

Simple phone screen with recruiter. Then second call with a business development lead. Stressed the importance of pre interview personality test. If you don’t score high on it most likely won’t request an interview.

      Business Analyst Interview

      21 Jan 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gallup (London, England) in Jan 2019

      Interview

CUMBERSOME AND REPETITIVE. First of all, upon applying online, you have to take an online personality test that takes about 40 minutes. If you're successful, you get an email within the week to schedule a phone interview, once again based on personality and which lasts 40 mins. And then one week later you get another interview, still pretty much on personality. They barely ask you anything about your competencies. Waiting to hear back. One personality-based screening is ok, but THREE? They could save their recruiters' time by having only two and then sending out assessments. Check thoroughly their website for their corporate culture.

      Business Analyst Interview

      26 Apr 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gallup (London, England) in Feb 2018

      Interview

If you have got an interview opportunity, an email would be sent to you to call upon for the date of the first phone interview. In both the first and second phone interviews, I was basically asked by a long list of questions, where the interviewer was not allowed to elaborate those questions. After the interview, I was asked to wait for three to five working days for the result.

      Question 1

      Are you a competitive person?
      Answer question

      Question 2

Are you good at numbers? Please give an example.
