You can be hired same day as application. There were no difficult questions, but beware they hold several job fairs a year and hire people to get through busy times, then lay off. Most applications are done online, but you can walk in and go straight to Human Resources at times.

Asked you questions about yourself and your experience, described the company culture, asked you to sell a room to the interviewer, asked of the hours were going to be okay with you and if you would be willing to work over time and on your off days, asked about your work ethic, asked if you could handle a fast paced environment.
