Thank you for the feedback. It’s unfortunate you had a negative experience and we admit, we didn’t move as fast as we could have. We know who this reviewer is as she was early in the job opening while were still ironing out the process. This is not her fault but ours. Our process now takes a bit longer than our usual 2 to 4 weeks. Given Covid-19, we are not able to schedule a typical onsite interview panel in one afternoon and make a decision in a day like we used to. We could have communicated better and quicker, we have a new process that should address this.
That said, please correct the facts in this review. We looked at our recruiting software tool and the full process was 6-weeks, not 3-months. Further, we did not offer this candidate the job, she did not “decline offer” as we have not made an offer on this role yet. We understand she was unhappy about the outcome but please write reviews with integrity and fairness.
