It was very chill and quick. It was all basic behavioral questions about prior experience and personality. A big emphasis on how you would handle different customer interactions and deal with certain situations.

Do you have any prior customer service experience?
I was asked Minimal Questions and they were mainly about the back office, availability, position requirements and what I do or don’t have experience doing. A portion of the interview was the manager explaining what I would be doing day to day. There was a background screen. There was not a reference request and not a drug screen.
